Parking
Parking at the Bundaberg Multiplex is completely free and accessible from Civic Ave.
Food and beverage
We engage The Waves Catering to provide the catering service for your event. We have a fully equipped commercial kitchen and bar services available.
Transport
Getting around Bundaberg is made easy with local taxi (131 008) or Uber services, car hire or bus services.
Smoking
As per the Queensland tobacco laws, there is no smoking inside the venue. Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas outside of the venue.
WIFI
Our venue has free wifi.
Accessibility
We are an all access venue. Ground floor entrance accessible ramp with the entire venue being accessible and wheelchair friendly. Assistance animals welcome. Accessible toilets with enough space for a wheelchair and grab bars.
Baby change facilities
Each of our accessible toilets have a drop down nappy change table.
Restrooms
With an abundance of restrooms at the Multiplex, you can be assured there will rarely be a line up. All our facilities are modern and well presented.

Eftpos and ATM
Eftpos is not available on site.
If your event includes The Waves bar service, payment by Eftpos will be accepted.
There is no ATM on site. Please visit one of the many bank facilities in town to withdraw cash before your event.
Photography
Bundaberg Regional Council may engage photographers to take photos of or film people attending events at the Bundaberg Multiplex Sports and Convention Centre. By attending, you agree to Council making images or recordings of you at the event and you authorise the storage, use, publication or reproduction of the images in any form and by any medium for public relations, promotional and advertising purposes, which may include newspapers, magazines, websites, social media etc. and may result in your personal information being transmitted outside of Australia. Information obtained will be handled in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 and the information privacy principles. Please notify a Council representative if you do not wish to be photographed.
